Board of Directors

The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) Board of Directors consists of at least seven but not more than 11 people elected from the authority’s active membership, which is comprised of up to 60 women and men residing within the service areas of the authority’s two airports, Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN).

Board members are elected to terms of up to three years and can be re-elected to successive terms serving up to a maximum of six consecutive years. The immediate past chair remains a board director for one additional year, which can be a seventh year. Board member terms are staggered to preserve experience and institutional knowledge. Members of the TAA do not receive salaries or compensation for their roles.
